Djedi Affiliate Program Agreement

“Share the Magic. Stack the Rewards.”

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Djedi Mind Trips, LLC (“Djedi,” “we,” “our”) and the undersigned affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”).

By joining and participating in the Djedi Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Approval

• Participation in the Djedi Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Djedi. 
• By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you have been approved as an Affiliate and will abide by all program guidelines. 
• Djedi reserves the right to deny or revoke participation at its sole discretion. 

2. Commissions & Payment

• Commission percentages are tiered (10–22%) based on monthly sales volume, as outlined in the Affiliate Program Guide. 
• Payments are issued on the 15th of each month via Zelle for the prior month’s earnings. 
• Affiliates must provide their legal name, phone number, and payment details to receive payouts. 
• Commissions are calculated based on net sales (excluding refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and taxes). 
• Djedi is not responsible for errors caused by improper use of links, technical issues on your device, or altered tracking codes. 

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promote Djedi products using your unique affiliate link only. 
• You may not: 
  • Resell products directly as part of the Affiliate Program, since all shipping and customer care are handled by Djedi. Affiliates who wish to purchase inventory and resell may apply separately for the Djedi Wholesale Program (affiliates are welcome to participate in both). 
  • Misrepresent yourself as an employee or official representative of Djedi. 
  • Run paid ads on behalf of Djedi without prior written approval. 

4. Marketing Guidelines (How to Share Responsibly)

• Affiliates must comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines and Djedi’s Messaging Guidelines. This means: 

Required: Always disclose your affiliate relationship clearly (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, or “I may earn from this link”).

Prohibited:

• Do not make medical, therapeutic, or health claims (e.g., “cures depression,” “treats anxiety”). 
• Do not imply FDA approval or claim products are legal in all jurisdictions. 
• Do not spam, mislead, or use false advertising. 
• Djedi provides approved assets and templates inside your Affiliate Dashboard to make compliance easy. 

5. Customer Ownership

• All customers referred through your link remain customers of Djedi. 
• Djedi handles all customer service, returns, fulfillment, and support. 

6. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use Djedi-approved logos, images, and assets found in the Affiliate Dashboard. 
• Altering official branding or creating misleading product representations is prohibited. 
• All Djedi content remains the sole property of Djedi. 

7. Confidentiality

• Affiliates may receive access to internal information (commissions, strategy, assets). 
• This information is considered confidential and may not be shared outside the program. 

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice to support@djedimindtrip.com. 
• Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease promoting Djedi and remove affiliate links within 7 days. 
• Unpaid commissions accrued prior to termination will still be paid. 

9. Limitation of Liability

• You are solely responsible for your taxes, legal compliance, and business expenses. 
• Djedi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of revenue, goodwill, etc.). 
• Djedi’s maximum liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the past 12 months. 

10. Taxes

• Affiliates are responsible for reporting income and paying applicable taxes. 
• A 1099 form will be issued to U.S. affiliates earning over $600 annually. 

11. Updates to Agreement

• Djedi may update this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email of significant changes. 

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Messaging Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions, constitutes the full agreement between Djedi and the Affiliate.

13. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. 
• Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of California courts. 

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Affiliate Agreement.
