Returns
If for any reason our products aren’t the right fit, we want to make it right. We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order — even if the product has been opened or partially tried. We ask only that the returned product is at least half full, as we want the opportunity to make things right without taking advantage of either side. We want you to love what you’re putting in your body, and we stand behind that completely. Just reach out to us at support@djedimindtrip.com and we’ll take care of you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. No runaround, no hassle — just our commitment to your satisfaction.
Delivery & Tracking Responsibility
All customers are responsible for tracking their shipment once a tracking number has been provided. To protect your order, packages must be retrieved within 4 hours of delivery. Djedi Mind Trips is not responsible for packages left unattended beyond this window, as exposure to heat can compromise product quality and the risk of theft increases significantly. We encourage all customers to monitor their tracking closely and ensure someone is available to receive their order promptly upon arrival.
